These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”), as updated by SCIF from time to time, govern your use of the SCIF website. You should carefully read the Terms and Conditions before using the SCIF website. SCIF reserves the right to change these terms and conditions any time, and you must consult the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions each time you view the SCIF website. SITE CONTENT
The messages submitted to the SCIF website and any opinions, advice, statements or other information contained in any messages posted or transmitted by any third party are not the responsibility of SCIF. You and SCIF agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Waiver and Severability. The failure of SCIF to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
